early RCF:Tools of Destruction environment concept.

The 2 halves of the city are connected by a system of grav-boot railing.

havn't played tools of destruction yet, but I love the environment concepts. Insomniac always go all-out with the environments.

The curved shapes for the top part of the ship really make a cool composition, along with creating interesting negative space. Nice color and sense of depth as well. And I like how the over all designs of the ships are unique.

It's purely amazing! I have been a fan of Ratchet and Clank for years, and I always love to check the concept art of the game =) It's a shame this piece wasn't used, it's brilliant

Phew! I'm so glad you're the original artist of these ToD Concept arts :XD: trust me, I've had issues with people uploading various R&C concept arts to DA without permission, credit or anything...

Ahem, enough of that. This is a brillaint piece of art, for sure! Very creative, neat and spooky looking! I especially admire the amount of detail and design put into the ships and architecture of the city here. Would have been pretty cool to see this particular enviroment in the game, but ehh, it sorta has the same 'vibe' as Zordoom Prison on Viceron. What, with the dark tones and all. I hope someday I can do proper backgrounds like these, but for now... no way :XD: nowhere near as good!

Beautiful work, either way :) and thanks for sharing them with us here on DA too!
